• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• All LESSEE born after January 1^st, 1989 must have a boating certificate
• No pets allowed
• No glass on boats
• LESSEE may not go any further west than Beach Island Marina
• All overnight boat rentals must keep the boat at an approved dock BEFORE the day of rental
• LESSEE is responsible for filling craft back with gasoline upon return
• Norris Landing Marina has the right to cancel any rental at any time
• Rental refund policy: You have 48 hours from the time of your rental was made to receive a 100% refund. After the 48 hours, you receive a 50% refund as long as the rental is more than two weeks away. If the rental date is 2 weeks or less away there is no refund. You may request to reschedule your rental but a rescheduling fee will apply. 
• Weather policy: No refunds due to weather conditions. You may request to reschedule your rental but a rescheduling fee will apply. 

Jon Boat Policies

• LESSEE understands this craft is a 2 stroke and takes mixed fuel, gasoline and oil
• Norris Landing Marina has the right to cancel any rental at any time
